Beacon Quality Eats
BQE is our second fast casual restaurant with an emphasis on hot and cold sandwiches. For this project we are insoired by the bodegas and convenience stores of our childhood as well as the current landscape of the NYC bodega scene.
We love sandwiches, community and good vibes.
All meats are cured and moked in house using humanely raised proteins. We make all of our own sauces and condiuments and strive for perfection in every bite.
